Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. We offer returns in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Full‑Price Items)
We accept change‑of‑mind returns on full-price items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit to the value of the product at purchase.
To be eligible, all items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition and packaging
With all tags intact
If returned items do not meet these conditions, they may be sent back to you at your cost.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
If your sale item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item is faulty or otherwise required under the ACL.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an item which you believe to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with 2-3 clear photos, your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with next steps.
Under the ACL, you are entitled to:
A refund or replacement for a major fault
A repair or replacement for a minor fault
We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change‑of‑mind returns.
We recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping your tracking number.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives back with us.
